Warranty and
Disclosure
The electronic and electro-mechanical systems in these vehicles can
be very complicated. We bench test and plug in to vehicles every
unit we repair and rebuild before we send it to you. Therefore, if
problems are still occurring once we return your unit, it is because
there is/are secondary problems(s) in the vehicle.
That being said, the 4Mercedes warranty covers all of the internal
components, labor, craftsmanship and repairs that we at 4Mercedes
perform. The warranties offered vary from part to part, although you
can be assured that if any problems arise over that period of time,
we will work with you to resolve the problems. There are certain
things our warranty does not cover: Costs for removal, diagnostic,
programming, version coding, re-flashing, and/or mechanic charges
are NOT covered. Shipping costs are also not covered. We at
4Mercedes reserve the right to determine if the vehicle has water
damage (due to leaking windows or convertible roofs), voltage
fluctuations (through bad battery or alternator or other control
units), and damages due to changes in the wire harness, or other
outside influences (lightning) are not covered. We will also not
cover damages caused by improper usage of the vehicle like giving or
receiving jump starts (see owners’ manual). |
